For our client, world leader in secure connectivity solutions for embedded applications, we are recruiting an Administrative Assistant Shipments.
Description
Managing shipments (imports/exports), ensuring documentation is prepared and shipments are successfully delivered; Creating reports for AFM and exchanging information with the customs office;
Tracking order confirmations and ensuring on-time deliveries;
Managing external vendors and establishing new relationships with suppliers for goods and services needed by the teams;
Supporting managers and employees with administrative tasks and internal/external communication as needed.
Assisting with on-site logistics for events, including attendee coordination, agenda planning, and other business-related meetings and event activities as required;
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
Creating reports regularly and upon request;
Performing other administrative and project-related duties as requested.
Requirements
Experience in delivery management, logistics coordination, import-export operations;
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field;
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
Knowledge of English (minimum B2);
Ability to multitasking;
Ability to work with deadlines;
Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
Very good organizational skills;
Proactive and resourceful.
