Description
Tracking recruitment project closing rates and analyzing associated financial data;
Conducting monthly profitability analyses for every client/business line;
Collaborating directly with company management to provide insights and ensure accurate reporting;
Support ad-hoc Excel analysis to assist in business decision-making and optimize project outcomes;
Independently monitoring project progress and reporting key findings to senior leadership;
Making benchmark calculations based on information received from the payroll team.
Requirements
Studies in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field;
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
Experience in performing various profitability analyses;
Proficient in MS Excel;
Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills.
