For our customer, a green energy company that is part of a multinational group developing long lasting sustainable businesses, we are looking for a Buyer.
Description
Managing the purchasing requests coming from our sales and operations teams;
Developing a strong and reliable network of international suppliers with good reputation in solar energy products;
Defining and implementing a procurement process in order to ensure a good relationship between Sales, Operational and Financial Department;
Verifying and validating price changes for materials with the suppliers and inform the Operational Manager and Sales Manager about changes;
Addressing any gaps/issues/mistakes in materials price management process and ensure correctness of prices paid through invoices to suppliers;
Completing on time and with quality the purchasing daily operations, including sourcing recommendations, pricing, procurement, payments, analysis, and governance;
Handling the transactional purchases' work, for managing vendors, orders, data;
Interacting with multiple departments, groups and users to deliver the required business results;
Presenting ad-hoc analysis and reports when asked by General Manager or/and Company Owners.
Requirements
At least 3 years experience in a similar position;
Previous experince in technical, energy or electrical instalations field;
Very good speaking and written command of English;
Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree graduate;
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) use proficiency;
Negotiations skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
