Description
Prospecting and identifying potential B2B clients (small, medium, corporate);
Promoting and presenting the training and development services to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and presentations;
Analyzing the training needs and requirements of prospective clients;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly;
Developing and presenting proposals or quotes to clients, outlining the benefits and value of the training and development services offered;
Collaborating with trainers, to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients;
Providing regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, particularly in B2B;
Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
Strong sales skills, including prospecting, cold calling, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
