For our client, one of the world's leading companies in the sector and the largest home appliance manufacturer in Europe, we are looking for a CS Order Processing.
Description
Processing spare parts orders;
Creating/ updating the customer database;
Being responsible for credit control/ blocked Orders;
Carrying out qualitative analysis of the repairs carried out by the service partners;
Being responsible for the analysis based on customer complaints and the analysis based on the customer satisfaction questionnaire;
Providing support to technical staff from partner service units;
Providing technical support to consumers and/or Sales staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field;
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Knowledge of English language (B1-B2);
Knowledge of SAP, is a plus;
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks;
Attention to details, responsibility, and efficiency;
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
