Company description
For our client- top company in Europe in the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) sector, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative_German & English, to be first point of contact for internal customers across the countries in intercompany purchasing process.
Description
Providing professional support to customers via ticketing system or email, and potentially via phone or Teams chat;
Handling order adjustments, order processing, and complaints;
Managing inquiries from the internal customer, providing feedback related to prices, lead times, delivery status, returns, and billing;
Proceeding with requests for quotations to suppliers (lead times, pricing);
Identifying requested products or alternative products in the ERP system;
Coordinating with internal (German) departments such as logistics, purchasing, and the data team;
Contributing to the improvement of internal processes, on-time delivery, and customer service workflow;
Supporting in the article creation;
Extracting ERP data and providing reports.
Requirements
Completed higher education (commercial or equivalent qualification as advantage);
Minimum 3 years of experience in using SAP ERP system;
Excellent to good communication skills in German (written and spoken) and English (intermediate level);
Experience in customer service or a similar role - preferred;
Strong customer focus and solution oriented mindset;
Team player with a proactive, efficient and organised approach to work.
