Company description
We are looking for a Financial Manager in Bucharest, for our client, an important company in the construction and real estate field.
Description
Reporting to board (financial reports like: invoicing, stock reports, costs – OPEX );
Participating in organizing the yearly Business Plan with the rest of the management team;
Negotiating contracts with financial suppliers (banks, insurances);
Supervising suppliers and customers contracts and working closely with COO and the Head of Sales Operations;
Cashflow planning and payments planning (weekly);
Participating in internal meetings regarding the project's progress (in relation with the budgets, margin and progress).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting or finance;
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leadership roles;
Strong leadership skills, personal integrity and commitment;
Good analytical, reporting and controlling skills;
Business oriented, with a strategic approach;
Advanced English and MS Office knowledge, able and willing to work in a CRM/ERP system;
Ideally: experience in entrepreneurial and corporate environments, and a construction segment background.
