For our client, a leader in the consumer credit market in Romania we are looking for an HR Admin & Reporting Specialist for 1 year contract, with the posibility to be extended.
Description
Handling the hiring process end to end in the designated area;
Providing support to employees regarding the use of the application for the management of leave requests;
Acting as the first point of contact for all topics related to the expats, employment contracts, and payroll together with the Labor Relations Specialist;
Being responsible for the timely transmission of information regarding hiring and resignations to the departments involved;
Acting as backup for the HR Payroll Officer during absence leave;
Extracting data from reports received from the payroll company;
Preparing periodic reports about resignations/mobility/internalizations/hiring in the company and the monthly HR dashboard statistics with the agreed indicators;
Participating together with the hierarchical superior in the elaboration of the human resources budget, especially for the labor costs;
Coordinating and participating in drafting/updating procedures regarding the activity of the compartment;
Managing the development of employee benefit programs;
Acting as a backup for budget reports during absence of hierarchical manager.
Requirements
Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in HR administrative area/Payroll/HR reporting;
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance;
Strong knowledge of labor legislation, fiscal law related with payroll;
Previous experience with Charisma tool;
Labor work inspector certificate;
Attention to details and accuracy in delivering reports;
Logical thinking/ Analytical mindset;
Work experience in an international working environment desirable;
Fluent English;
Excellent skills in Excel, Word &Power Point.
