Description
Works with Revisal and manages tasks in line with Romanian labor regulations;
Applies general knowledge of salary and compensation regulations;
Handles HR administrative processes and maintains accurate records;
Conducts end-to-end recruitment (job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and selection);
Manages payroll and personnel administration tasks with attention to detail.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the HR field;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Team player with a proactive attitude;
Willingness to travel for field-related activities.
