We are looking for a Junior PMO, in Bucharest, for our client, a multinational company that provides services in insurance, from both a business and IT perspective.
Description
Offering support to Senior PMO and other colleagues in planning configuration tasks, while monitoring the configuration phases to guarantee that changes are delivered on time and within budget;
Monitoring the development of the projects;
Ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently, using Agile methodology;
Evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines;
Collaborating with team members (accounting, financial, and IT);
Moderating team meetings and preparing specific activity reports.
Requirements
Must have:
Experience working in a similar role;
English and Microsoft Office Suite at an advanced level;
Degree in Engineering, Economics, Financial, Accounting or similar;
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with internal and external counterparts;
Proactivity and ability to reduce complexity and to find pragmatic solutions.
Nice to have:
Experience in the financial or accounting field (knowledge of IFRS17 and 9);
Experience working with Agile, ServiceNow platform, SAP (FPSL, PaPM, FS-CD, BW, FI), Moody’s, and Tagetik.
