Description
Advising clients on M&A transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and drafting key documents;
Conducting comprehensive due diligence and preparing insightful reports;
Collaborating with clients to develop tailored legal strategies;
Keeping informed on industry trends and regulatory developments impacting M&A;
Representing clients in negotiations and managing stakeholder communications.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role with a background in a prestigious M&A law firm;
Extensive legal knowledge and expertise in M&A (Energy or Technology - advantage);
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (English at an advanced level);
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
