Company description
For our client, a global leader company in the field of production and sale of electrical energy from renewable sources, we are looking for an experienced energetic field Operations Manager.
Description
Ensuring the plant portfolio is always covered by contracts for technical and commercial management;
Monitoring active invoicing from the service company to the SPVs (Spare parts, services,..);
Coordinating and gives inputs for the management systems to the IT department;
Identifying and monitoring key operational performance;
Filing, updating and tracking all downtime events and plant availability;
Managing implementation of upgrades in case of underperformance on facilities that prevent their full service, promptly activating all necessary resources;
Processing and monitoring the preventive maintenance plan;
Monitoring plants’ performances and draft relevant reports;
Managing relationships with relevant entities such as ANRE, CEZ, Transelectrica etc.
Managing relations with the insurance companies in case of claims including preparation of necessary documents;
Collaborating with the Operation Manager to assure that measures to ensure health and safety standards and regulations are properly implemented and adhered to at each plant;
Coordinating with the HSE department to carry out necessary inspections;
Supporting the decision-making process for strategies to internalize O&M activities.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in a previous similar role;
Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
B2 level of English ( A2 Italian level would be a plus );
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office;
ANRE certifications, if any, would represent also plus.
