Company description
For one of our clients, a leading manufacturer and distributor of home appliances, we are seeking a highly skilled Order Desk Specialist.
Description
Creating manual orders;
Ordering changes management;
Claiming management: credit/debit note creation and returns management;
Producing exchange or free-of-charge order management;
Creating proforma invoices.
Requirements
No previous working experience is required, but a minimum of experience will be a plus;
Previous coordinating experience/customer service/customer support will be an advantage;
Team person, adaptable, open to new;
Excellent command of English and German;
Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Software;
SAP is a plus;
Good communication and attention to detail.
