For our client, one of the European leaders in the production and distribution of edge bands and accessories for the furniture industry, we are looking for a Product Manager for the Adhesives and Cleaners Division.
Description
Offering technical support for processing bonding, cleaning, and for setting up edge banding machinery;
Maintaining relationships with actual customers and creating new relationships with users and resellers of the products;
Creating the market research and meeting the sales targets;
Being available to travel all over Romania territory and from time to time to the Czech Republic for training and sales meetings;
Offering technical consulting and expert assistance according to the requirements and wishes of the customers;
Visiting key customers with a sales representative and providing professional advice;
Searching for potential buyers;
Overseeing the fulfillment of orders and assisting in solving complaints;
Monitoring the status of receivables;
Offering technical training and expert assistance for the sales team.
Requirements
Bachelor`s Degree in Furniture Design and Wood Engineering or a related field would be a big advantage (Engineering/Chemistry);
Proven experience in sales and business development;
Technical skills and abilities for learning;
Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills;
knowledge of the furniture manufacturing industry;
Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team;
Fluency in English (min B2).
