For our client, an American company, the largest software producer in the world, we are looking for a Program Manager - Ukraine Relief Program to manage and coordinate efforts to support Ukraine during and after the ongoing crisis.
Description
Building and managing trusted relationships with internal teams, government entities, and other project managers within the EURA \ CE organization;
Managing the end-to-end process for relief requests, including coordination with the internal team, financial oversight, and eligibility checks with the steering committee;
Collaborating closely with Country Manager and Public Sector Lead to ensure alignment on priorities and key decisions;
Establishing and maintaining a knowledge base of all relief efforts, ensuring comprehensive documentation of processes, outcomes, and best practices;
Supporting senior colleagues in the initiation of related projects, ensuring full alignment with Microsoft's standards and Ukraine’s unique needs;
Developing detailed project management plans, including stakeholder mapping, communication plans, and resource allocation strategies;
Leading internal and external kick-off meetings, engaging subject matter experts as needed to ensure holistic planning and validation;
Overseeing key project metrics for the Ukraine Relief Program, ensuring adherence to agreed KPIs and timely delivery of milestones;
Monitoring and managing project risks and issues, working with senior leadership to identify and implement mitigation strategies;
Maintaining high-quality deliverables and ensure all projects align with the established standards, change processes, and compliance requirements;
Providing regular updates on the status of relief efforts to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in project management;
English & Ukrainian - advanced;
Ability to build and manage trusted relationships with internal teams, government entities, and project managers;
Expertise in leading meetings to drive efficient decision-making and alignment;
Ability to establish and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, including processes, outcomes, and best practices;
Effective collaboration with senior colleagues to align initiatives with broader organizational goals;
Understanding of public sector operations and alignment with internal standards.
