For our client, a company in the field of integrative medicine, we are looking for a Project Manager, in Timisioara.
Description
Managing the entire clinic launch process, from identifying the optimal location to equipping and making it fully operational;
Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating the most suitable space for the clinic while ensuring compliance with logistical and functional requirements;
Overseeing the acquisition of equipment, necessary materials, and services to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic;
Identifying, selecting, and hiring the required medical and administrative staff;
Colaborating with the marketing team and developing branding strategies and attract patients from the clinic’s opening;
Overseeing the clinic's efficient operation, service development, and ensuring patient satisfaction post-launch.
Requirements
Experience in project management, preferably in the medical, real estate, or services sectors;
Experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers, commercial space owners, and strategic partners;
Experience in recruiting and managing clinic staff teams - advantage;
Advanced English and excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
