For our client, a leading company providing legal and accounting services for entrepreneurs worldwide, specializing in assisting international clients with the formation of all-in companies, we are looking for a Sales Assistant.
Description
Reviewing and preparing daily schedule for sales team;
Leading the contact status verification;
Alertting the sales representatives of urgent matters;
Forwarding relevant emails to appropriate departments and processing shared inbox communications;
Routing the JotForm submissions, payments, and departmental queries;
Tracking missing customer information and preparing documentation for claims/ refunds;
Monitoring and organizing sales pipelines and tracking overdue deals and offers;
Conducting the client onboarding calls post-incorporation;
Acting as management's right hand;
Preparing and presenting activity reports.
Requirements
Experience in a back office or sales role is a plus, but not a must;
Experience with Monday.com is a plus;
Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus;
Excellent command of English (native or fluent);
Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
