For one of our clients, who is a top player in B2B services, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager.
Description
The Sales Manager will spend approximately 80% of their time actively selling, focusing on attracting new clients and expanding market presence. The remaining 20% will be dedicated to managing and supporting the sales team. This dual role requires a strong background in selling services and excellent leadership skills.
Client Acquisition (80% of Time)
Actively prospect and engage potential clients through various channels, with a focus on service offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals to address client needs.
Team Management (20% of Time)
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (5 sales representatives) to achieve individual and collective sales targets;
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and product knowledge;
Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and its offerings.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales (hunter).
Minimum 1 year of experience in selling services.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English is a must.
