For our client, a company specializing in standardized components and systems for mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and industrial automation, offering products like clamping technology, positioning systems, and assembly tools, we are looking for a Sales Manager.
Description
Drawing up a promising marketing and sales strategy in cooperation with the parent company in Germany;
Supporting and further developing relationships with existing customers;
Expanding the customer base by actively acquiring new customers from existing potential customers;
Calculating and preparing estimates and quotes, and following up on these (performing credit checks on new customers where relevant);
Following up on customer visits and submitting weekly written reports to management;
Ensuring smooth interaction between field sales staff and sales administration;
Representing the company at trade fairs and regional exhibitions;
Supporting accounting by collecting and forwarding all receipts and invoices to an external service provider;
Creating presentations, statistics, and reports for General Management.
Requirements
Technical studies (Bachelor or Master);
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales (B2B) of technical products in industrial fields;
Advanced English and German knowledge could be an advantage;
Excellent organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
