For our client, a company in the tourism industry, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who can inspire teams, build strong relationships, and deliver outstanding results
Description
Developing and implementing the national and regional sales strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives;
Coordinating, motivating, and evaluating the entire sales team, including Area Sales Managers (ASM), Agency Managers, and Sales Agents;
Setting and monitoring performance targets for teams and individuals, taking proactive measures to ensure goal attainment. Analyzing sales figures, performance indicators, market trends, and competitor activities;
Identifying new market opportunities and strategic initiatives for sales growth and customer experience enhancement;
Actively participating in training, development, and motivation programs designed for the sales teams;
Negotiating key commercial contracts and establishing mutually advantageous collaboration terms;
Collaborating with all relevant departments (Marketing, Product, Finance, Support) on campaigns, offers, and optimizing the overall sales process;
Compiling periodic reports detailing sales results and allocated bonuses, and proposing measures for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience coordinating large sales teams, preferably in retail, tourism, or multi-location industries;
Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing large teams of over 100 employees;
Proven experience in analyzing performance indicators, implementing growth strategies, and effective team motivatio
University degree in Business, Marketing, or Tourism;
Strong orientation towards both achieving targets and developing people, evidenced by excellent leadership, communication, and feedback skills.
Advanced command of the English language and good knowledge of MS Office, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
