For our client, a telecommunication company, we are looking for an Accountant.
Descriere
Overseeing the financial system and developing relevant financial processes;
Managing communication regarding financial and legal issues with accounting firms and law firms;
Receiving and verifying payment requests and expense statements from GLT employees to ensure compliance with company procedures;
Maintaining records of internal and external expense statements, and conducting monthly checks on settlement cash advances and non-closed statements;
Verifying that supplier primary documents comply with legal form requirements and are accurate in terms of mandatory data on invoices, contracts, and annexes/timesheets, where applicable;
Receiving requests from external auditors, preparing necessary documents and information, and providing details to the auditor;
Managing relationships with banks and reconciling balances and transactions with partners;
Checking and analyzing account balances.
Cerințe
Higher education in Finance;
Previous experience of a minimum of 3-5 years in accounting;
Proficiency in MS Office package (Ciel - is an advantage);
English language - conversational level;
Very good organizational, analytical, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
