Accounting Clerk

For our client- an electric industrial group, specialised in electricity production from renewable sources ( solar & wind sector), we are recruiting an Accounting Clerk, in Bucharest.

Descriere


Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;
Keeping records of storage materials (entry and exit);
Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices;
Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations;
Performing monthly bank reconciliations;
Assisting in closing accounts during month-end at the company level and quarterly at the Group level within deadlines;
Booking and processing income, expenses, and all other financial figures;
Checking and controlling financial accounts related to balances, payments in/out, processing payables/receivables accounts, trade/financial debtors, accruals to bad debt provisions, and incoming payment schedules;
Managing relationships with third parties such as accounting consultants and auditors;
Helping with office organization, including supplies, travel arrangements, and expense claims.

Cerințe


Bachelor's Degree in Accounting;
2 years of previous working experience in company’s administrative/ accounting department or corporate services;
Knowledge of accounting principles;
Good level of English - both written and spoken (B2), knowledge of Italian is considered a plus;
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with relevant computer software.
