For our client, an international B2B debt collection company that offers services from accounts receivable support to amicable collections and litigation, we are looking for B2B Debt Collectors.
Descriere
Managing a portfolio of debts both in legal and amicable phases, implementing the agreed processes and systems to achieve desired goals and results;
Contacting daily by telephone and e-mail the B2B debtors (Estimated total telephone conversation time 30%-40% of working time);
Preparing recommendations on matters for clients (in English and Romanian);
Ordering/supervising personal visits by debt collectors;
Managing the progress of debt collection cases handled by law firms;
Owning and maintaining the day-to-day communication with domestic and foreign customers;
Involving yourself in group projects is a possibility, providing input and local technical knowledge to support the project group.
Cerințe
Good communication skills, both on the telephone and in writing;
Knowledge of English, allowing for fluent communication;
Accuracy, diligence, high soft skills, and good work organization;
Good knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams;
Experience working as a debt collector will be an additional advantage.
