Belgium Payroll Expert – Flemish/Dutch

For our client — a company that develops and markets mobility solutions, providing sustainable foundations for the future of transportation, we are looking an exceptional Belgium Payroll Expert – Flemish/Dutch, based in Cluj or Bucharest.
Descriere
Providing assistance for resolving complex payroll specific queries (Level 3) within defined SUs and supporting Payroll Specialists;
Managing and approving change requests identified by Level 2 Payroll team members, ensuring policy and business process changes are reflected;
Coordinating delivery of country specific payroll related processes throughout the year (year-end salary change, bonus, year-end reconciliations, etc.);
Productively identifying processing issues, proposing and implementing solutions to address issues and areas for improvement;
Managing third-party providers to implement legislative changes correctly;
Serving as an escalation point for issues related to third-party interfaces, e.g., third-party benefits providers, social security agencies, etc.;
Ensuring payroll compliance with legislation and business policies;
Ensuring all payroll related processes comply with internal and external audit requirements;
Preparing country payroll data reports and KPIs.
Cerințe
Educational Degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Finance, Economics, Human Resources) or relevant experience;
3-5 years of experience in payroll processes and Belgian employment law, for 500+ employees;
Proficiency in Dutch/Flemish (mandatory), both written and spoken, alongside good command of English;
Proficiency with payroll systems and MS Excel.
