We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join our client, a reputable company that promotes high quality products for pets and veterinary use. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who thrives in a dynamic market and is eager to contribute to the growth and positioning of premium pet brands. The position is available hybrid if you are located in Bucharest or Ploiesti, but fully remote if you are located in Iasi, Cluj, or Timisoara.
Descriere
Planning and overseeing marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with brand positioning and business objectives;
Conducting market analysis and consumer insights research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks;
Managing and allocating the promotional and informational budget to maximize ROI;
Collaborating closely with the sales team to align brand initiatives with commercial objectives;
Monitoring brand performance and competitor activity, adjusting strategies as needed
Strengthening relationships with key partners, including distributors, veterinary professionals, and pet retailers;
Ensuring product training and education for sales representatives and key clients to drive brand loyalty;
Innovating and implementing new strategies to expand brand awareness and increase customer engagement
Cerințe
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industry;
A background in Veterinary Medicine;
Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
Excellent analytical and project management skills;
Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and brand positioning;
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as veterinary clinics, pet retailers, and distributors.
