For our client, a rapidly growing business backed by a private investment fund, which is pursuing an ambitious expansion and consolidation strategy in the fitness industry, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer.
Descriere
Defining and implementing the group's financial strategy in alignment with growth objectives;
Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management activities;
Overseeing financial reporting, consolidation and performance analysis across multiple entities;
Supporting acquisition projects, including financial evaluation, due diligence, transaction structuring and post-merger integration;
Managing relationships with banks, lenders, investors and financing partners;
Optimizing capital structure and funding solutions to support expansion plans;
Establishing and strengthening internal controls, governance frameworks and financial processes;
Monitoring financial performance and providing strategic insights to executive management and shareholders;
Supporting business scaling initiatives, new site roll-outs and integration of acquired companies;
Building and developing the finance organization in line with business growth.
Cerințe
Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director or equivalent senior finance leadership role;
Strong experience within multi-entity groups, holding structures or financial consolidation environments;
Demonstrated exposure to acquisitions, integrations, or M&A projects;
Background in retail, specialized retail, consumer services, or entrepreneurial growth businesses;
Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, controlling, and cash-flow management;
Experience managing banking relationships and financing structures, including debt financing;
Track record supporting rapid business growth, transformation, or scaling initiatives;
Advanced English communication skills;
Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
