For our client, a multinational technology company specializing in database software, cloud computing, and enterprise solutions we are looking for a Corporate Legal Advisor.
Descriere
Joining a collaborative group of attorneys in the Global Procurement Legal Team; handling an interesting and diverse technology law practice; negotiating and drafting commercial transactions involving cloud computing, proprietary and open-source software licensing, software hosting, professional consulting services, and business process outsourcing; addressing data privacy/security and general corporate matters; managing a variety of tasks and evaluating alternatives quickly; providing top-quality legal assistance and support to executive-level clients; performing other related duties as needed.
Cerințe
4+ years of relevant legal experience;
Experience with commercial transactions involving software, services, and procurement matters;
Experience with multi-country and cross-border tax and contracting issues;
Experience in general corporate matters, including corporate organization, securities compliance, drafting transactional documents, license/technology agreements, employment law, immigration law, intellectual property, regulatory matters, contract management, and financing;
English proficiency is a must.
