For our client- global industry leader in management consulting, technology services and innovation, we are hiring a Corporate Reception & Services Assistant – Entry-Level, in Cluj-Napoca.
Descriere
Greeting and welcoming visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department;
Answering and routing incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, taking accurate messages, and providing information to callers as needed;
Assisting with general administrative tasks such as correspondence, data entry and document management;
Managing meeting room bookings and appointments, coordinating with staff to ensure smooth scheduling of meetings and events;
Receiving and distributing incoming mail and packages, and preparing outgoing mail and courier shipments;
Maintaining a visitor log and issuing visitor badges while ensuring security procedures are followed;
Ensuring the reception area is always neat, clean, and presentable;
Handling basic ad-hoc inquiries and issues, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate department.
Cerințe
High school diploma or equivalent (required);
1 year of previous administrative or front desk experience- advantage;
Experience using office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point);
Familiarity with office management tools, calendars, or CRM systems;
Good typing speed and accuracy;
Hungarian – fluent (spoken and written);
English – fluent (spoken and written).
