For one of our clients, a multinational computer technology corporation, one of the largest software companies in the world, we are looking for an Events Program Coordinator.
Descriere
Supporting the planning and execution of events, both in person and virtual;
Managing logistics such as session tracking, speaker coordination, agendas, swag management, and post-event wrap-ups; Tracking and processing purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communications;
Supporting event promotion and post-event reporting in collaboration with marketing.
Cerințe
Minimum 2-5 years of experience supporting events or project coordination;
Clear and professional communication in English is required;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities;
Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset;
Interest in developer or technical communities is a plus.
