For our client, an American company, the largest software producer in the world, we are looking for a Financial Analyst.
Descriere
Conducting variance analysis (actual, budget, forecast) of operating cost items ensuring insightful understanding of key drivers and trends;
Collaborating with outsourced financial functions, including Accounts Payable, record management, and contractor services, to ensure a timely and accurate monthly financial close;
Supporting business partners with insight on actual spend, ensuring completion of future forecasts, and identifying opportunities to maximize the effective use of resources;
Handling large amounts of data and presenting it in a clear and structured way;
Participating in the standardization of both reports and processes;
Supporting Area HQ Finance team in all key processes (budgeting, forecasting, ad-hoc queries);
Securing spending according to client policies and standards, helping to set the appropriate tone to secure compliance and Quarterly Financial Accountability;
Governing position numbers, purchase orders, internal orders, and cost centers and be the central point of contact;
Supporting and educating organizations with finance-related questions such as cross charges, cost reports, etc.
Cerințe
3-5 years of experience in a finance role within multinational companies;
Strong expertise in finance and accounting principles, including US GAAP;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel;
Experience working with financial and analytical systems, such as Power BI, and a strong interest in system optimization;
Fluent in English at an advanced level;
Understanding of business partnering, financial controls, and compliance requirements;
Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
