For our client, a multinational company in logistics, we are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and shape the HR function, driving people strategy and building a high-performing, inclusive culture.
Descriere
Leading HR strategy, workforce planning, and talent management in alignment with business objectives;
Driving recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives;
Overseeing performance management, succession planning, and professional development programs;
Supporting managers and teams with guidance on structure, development, and organizational change;
Promoting a positive, inclusive culture and fostering collaboration across the organization;
Managing payroll, benefits, HR compliance, and HR governance processes;
Providing insights and HR expertise to leadership to support business decisions;
Monitoring workforce metrics and HR analytics to guide decision-making;
Implementing employee recognition programs and initiatives to retain top talent;
Facilitating leadership development and mentoring programs;
Driving HR transformation projects and continuous improvement of HR processes;
Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and collective labor agreements;
Managing relationships with unions/syndicates, participating in negotiations, and promoting constructive dialogue;
Collaborating with the Group HR team and other subsidiaries to share best practices, implement group-wide initiatives, and support cross-country HR projects;
Providing HR guidance and operational support to other subsidiaries within the Group as needed.
Cerințe
Extensive experience in similar role, ideally within the logistics or manufacturing industries;
Proven track record in change management and HR transformation projects;
Strong experience in large, complex, and multinational environments;
Comprehensive exposure across the full HR spectrum, including payroll, recruitment, people management, and HR administration;
Commitment to continuous improvement of HR services, processes, and organizational effectiveness;
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mobilize teams toward shared objectives;
Fluency in English; German or Dutch is an advantage;
Availability to work 4 days per week in Constanta and 1 day per week in Bucharest.
