For our client, specialized in distribution and logistics services, we are searching for a HUB Operations Manager
Descriere
The HUB Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations.
This includes managing the team, coordinating HUB night operations, optimizing processes, ensuring timely and accurate processes, and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating the HUB’s team and operations;
Responsible for team recruitment, evaluation and motivation;
Maintaining operational processes within established parameters;
Verifying all activities in the department;
Providing a professional service for internal and external clients, by efficiently organizing the activities and resources in the HUB;
Planning operational activities and providing guidance to the entire team;
Following up on daily productivity and quality indicators and establishing priorities for the fulfillment of projects and tasks.
Cerințe
Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field;
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred);
Strong leadership and managerial skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Analysis and planning skills; strong organizational and time management skills;
LEAN / Six Sigma certification is considered a plus;
English and Microsoft Office suite proficiency;
Availability for night shifts.
