For our client – an authorized sales and service center trusted by some of the toughest industries out there (oil, gas, chemicals, petrochemicals, semiconductors, different manufacturers and even transportation) – we are recruiting an Inside Sales Representative in Brasov. Think of it as selling solutions that keep the world running!
Descriere
Handling customer inquiries and orders;
Preparing quotations and processing orders;
Offering sales support in collaboration with the company's technical team;
Providing customer care and relationship management;
Being responsible of procurement of goods and supply chain management;
Maintaining data and participating in process and information management.
Cerințe
Completed commercial or technical education;
2-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer support (industrial background is preferred);
Proficient in MS Office and experience with an ERP system (e.g. SAP B1) is desirable;
Excellent English skills (spoken and written);
German language skills are desirable but not mandatory;
Ability to maintain an overview and set priorities even in stressful situations;
Communicative in customer interactions.
