For our client, an American company, the largest software producer in the world we are looking for a part time Junior IT Support.
Descriere
Keeping up-to-date PC records + user verification (recon with Finance data);
Keeping up-to-date Asset Link database;
Warehousing management with computers;
Preparing computers for scrapping;
Handling of applications at BDO (waste register);
Archiving documents (delivery confirmations, shipping documents, etc.);
Maintaining liaison with RE&F for recycling process (SIMS) - keep evidence/tracking;
Supporting R2R with allocation for telecom provider;
Tracking of mobile phone POs (learn how to download reports);
Supporting for blocking/unblocking (IT, telecom-related) suppliers.
Cerințe
Experience: final year or master's student (preferably IT or Finance related);
Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
Fluent in English;
Good communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
