For one of our clients, a multinational computer technology corporation, one of the largest software companies in the world, we are looking for a Junior Resource Analyst.
Descriere
Creating and executing Purchase Orders;
Processing and validating Invoices;
Handling the onboarding, supplier, and resource registration;
Monitoring Length of Stay metrics and addressing issues as required;
Gaining approvals for non-standard and/or Work at Risk scenarios;
Attending (and eventually hosting) Zoom calls for Delivery and Project Management teams to identify open requirements, resource overallocation, and any other headcount forecasting issues.
Cerințe
MS Office product experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Strong English written and verbal communication skills;
2+ years of relevant work experience;
Experience with subcontractor/vendor management and onboarding is a plus;
Ability to collect, organize, and display data in .xls format;
Diplomacy, capability to handle sensitive financial information, and ability to conduct business with the highest levels of ethics and personal integrity;
Ability to respond to internal/external customer needs in expedited fashion, commitment to follow through, diligence, and customer service oriented.
