For our client - one of the fastest growing and most respected names in insulation worldwide, which meets the increasing demand for energy efficiency and sustainability in homes, non-residential buildings, and industrial applications, we are looking for a Key Account Manager_Flat Roof Insulation, from Bucharest
Descriere
Building and maintaining customer relationships through regular contact, aiming to grow and protect the Company’s sales and market position;
Seeking new business opportunities to ensure future growth in Flat Roofing market sectors, and identifying emerging opportunities;
Developing relationships and maintaining direct contact with third-party end-users, supporting ‘back-selling’ efforts for direct accounts;
Offering practical, technical advice—either directly or by involving the Technical Services Department;
Responding promptly to customer complaints and ensuring formal recording, while liaising with other departments for effectively resolving any issues;
Completing and submitting activity plans and visit reports regularly using the CRM system;
Ensuring accurate and timely administration of all terms, rebates/bonuses, project support documentation, and any other materials impacting customer agreements;
Monitoring customer payments and handling queries promptly.
Cerințe
Completed higher education;
3–5 years of prior experience in B2B / construction project sales, targeting general contractors and distributors;
Proven experience in market prospecting and identifying new leads;
At least an intermediate level of English;
Familiarity in working with CRM and ERP systems;
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills;
Driving license and availability to travel weekly.
