For one of our clients, one of the world's leaders in creditor insurance, a global specialist in personal insurance, and a major contributor to financing for the real economy, we are looking for an Office Manager/Back-office Assistant.

Descriere


Answering incoming calls and redirecting them or taking messages;
Managing correspondence, including sending, receiving, and internal distribution, as well as handling the relationship with the Post Office and couriers;
Preparing management meeting minutes;
Supporting the procurement department;
Checking, sorting, and forwarding emails;
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks (such as maintaining office supplies stock, managing the car fleet, company phones, ticket reservations, travel arrangements, and insurances);
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed;
Taking charge of office needs, including technical issues and supplies.

Cerințe


Previous experience in an administrative/office assistant or receptionist role;
Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel);
English language skills – at least intermediate level;
Strong communication skills and ability to manage phone and email interactions professionally;
Good organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
