For our client, the largest software company in the world, we are looking for an Operations Specialist.

Descriere


Providing support with various tasks related to the organization, including day-to-day operations support to leadership, Business Manager, and the organization’s rhythm of business (ROB);
Supporting the preparation, delivery, and follow-up of a variety of meetings, including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs), Community Calls, regional Team Meetings, and All Hands Meetings;
Contributing to the management of strategic initiatives across teams within the organization by monitoring accountability for processes, supporting communications, and reporting success by ensuring alignment across groups;
Preparing draft communications and crafting documents, presentations, and reports;
Maintaining effective communication channels within the organization;
Managing distribution & security groups, organizational charts, Microsoft Teams channels, and SharePoint sites;
Summarizing individual team praises for internal kudos boards; preparing write-ups for internal awards on behalf of global peers, and presenting nominations in community calls;
Coordinating travel plans and arrangements when needed (e.g., accommodation, transportation, etc.);
Supporting the Business Manager in creating the agenda and overall offsite plans;
Building trust, encouraging collaboration, and enabling fact-based decision-making by sharing timely, accurate, and relevant information;
Contributing to the organization's workplace culture by supporting the planning and execution of team activities.

Cerințe


Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) OR equivalent experience;
Professionally proficient in English;
Microsoft Technologies – M365, SharePoint, Basic understanding of AI concepts, PowerBI, and reporting;
Adaptability, creativity, decision-making, detail-oriented, multitasking, communication and organizational skills.
