We are seeking for our client, a multinational company, a meticulous and organized professional to oversee logistical processes and ensure the accurate maintenance of data within the ERP system.
Descriere
Receiving and verifying product condition, references, and batch numbers;
Registering products in the ERP system and requesting technical documentation;
Labeling and preparing products for testing (weighing, packaging, transport);
Tracking and resolving non-conformities and customs issues;
Managing product returns and shipment;
Conducting phone surveys and entering data into Qualtrix;
Monitoring consumables stock and liaising with suppliers;
Maintaining hygiene documentation and temperature logs.
Cerințe
Highly organized with strong attention to detail;
Proficient in ERP systems and accurate data entry;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Background in logistics or product handling considered an asset.
