For our client, one of the fastest growing and most respected names in insulation worldwide, which meets the increasing demand for energy efficiency and sustainability in homes, non-residential buildings, and industrial applications, we are looking for a Production Manager, in Tarnaveni.
Descriere
Managing production process in terms of equipment and resources, in order to achieve maximum productivity;
Ensuring that products are produced on time, respecting quality requirements and cost targets;
Analysing production reports in order to identify problems and find/ propose solutions that will improve performance;
Cooperating with other (sub)department managers in order to inform them about current and future requirements and needs and accordingly planing further production activities;
Identifying the needs for employee training, giving necessary guidelines;
Being responsible for compliance with legal regulations in his / her jurisdiction;
Preparing and monitoring the implementation of the budget, ensuring that the costs remain within the approved limits;
Cooperating with Process & Quality, Purchasing and Engineering sub departments in order to optimise product quality; procurement of all raw materials and to optimise equipment availability in line with target maintenance costs;
Organising, developing and motivating the team in order to achieve production goals;
Acting as a role model for values and continuous improvement (CI);
Being an active member of the Plant Management team.
Cerințe
University degree – mechanical or electromechanical (preferred), but any other technical field is accepted;
3-5 years of leadership experience in a continuous production process environment;
Previous experience in production processes, fully automated with 24/7 activity is required (eg. glass/ ceramic, melting, food- diary, chocolate, building materials, packaging, etc.)
English – advanced level;
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP- is an advantage;
Excellent communication skills, independence and initiative in work;
Strong organizational and leadership skills to apply in a start up environment;
Driving license- B category
