For our client, the largest integrated energy company in South-Eastern Europe coming from the oil & gas industry, we are looking for a Financial I2P Service Delivery Professional.
Descriere
Checking allocated documents and issuing refusal letters for incorrect invoices;
Requesting updates of vendor master data based on received documents;
Performing three-way matching between purchase orders, goods/service receipts, and invoices;
Processing complex invoices and documents, from receipt to payment, and monitoring garnishment-related documents for payment;
Preparing, checking, and posting monthly accruals, participating in vendor reconciliations, and delivering audit reports and VAT checks for foreign currency transactions.
Cerințe
At least 1 year of experience in finance;
Solid understanding of relevant legislation, norms, and internal rules related to payables accounting under local standards;
Advanced proficiency in English;
Proven experience with SAP transactions;
Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and situations with flexibility.
