Quality Engineer

For our client, a leading company that provides EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) solutions for large-scale PV power plants, we are looking for a Quality Engineer.
Descriere
Develop, revise and maintain project and internal Quality documentation (QMP, ITP, ICL, NCR, traceability records, etc);
Verify and validate quality documentation from internal teams and external entities;
Perform inspections of materials, components, and processes (incoming, BoM, ITP, IFC) and complete checklists with photographic evidence;
Identify and manage non-conformities (NCRs), segregate defective materials, follow up on corrective actions, and propose process improvements;
Maintain and control measurement and monitoring equipment (calibration, storage, documentation, removal of non-conforming tools);
Conduct audits as planned or required and submit documentation to management or clients;
Ensure compliance with QHSE procedures, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, and participate in system development and training;
Communicate and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure project continuity and process improvement.
Cerințe
2 – 4 years of experience in the Quality field (0-1 year of experience in the PV industry is preferable);
Bachelor’s Degree – Technical University;
Fluent English (Speaking and Writing);
Knowledge of the PV Industry Quality methodology;
High Knowledge of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Systems;
Driver’s license;
Proficient in PC usage, including MS Office;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Collaborative team player with effective communication and adaptability.
