For our client, a leading company that provides EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) solutions for large-scale PV power plants, we are looking for a Site Manager.
Descriere
Planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities of superintendents, foremen, installers, and field engineers on assigned projects;
Developing and maintaining project timeline, identifying critical path and key milestones for project’s success;
Coordinating with the Site Managers the delivery of equipment and materials on-site;
Monitoring the cost of construction and preparing reports at different stages of the project;
Conducting visits on the construction sites to ensure the scope/milestone is completed and is accepted by the client;
Ensuring the project is constructed and completed per design and schedule;
Participating in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with all stakeholders including investors, subcontractors;
Partners with the Safety group to ensure that the implementation/interpretation of safety programs is being executed in all activities at all levels;
Organizing and supporting the construction team on its utilities and household issues – accommodation, relocation, others;
Preparing daily, weekly and on-demand reports for the actual progress of the project, including remark for identified potential obstacles, delays and missing materials or equipment;
Being responsible to submit the final acceptance protocols, inspection protocols and other documents related to receiving the final payment from the client.
Cerințe
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field;
Experience in construction project management;
Level B2 English language written and spoken;
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple aspects of construction projects;
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
