For one of our clients, an electric power producer, we are hiring an Site Manager.
Descriere
Coordinating and communicating with the DSO, TSO, and other stakeholders throughout the entire construction phase;
Planning, organizing, and managing site activities;
Supervising and coordinating on-site activities, including civil works, installations, testing, and commissioning;
Identifying potential design issues and proposing effective solutions in collaboration with designers;
Ensuring that construction activities comply with the Detailed Design Engineering (DDE) documentation and applicable technical standards and regulations;
Identifying quality issues and implementing corrective actions as needed;
Monitoring project schedules and milestones, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the agreed timeline;
Preparing regular project reports and keeping management informed of project progress;
Attending meetings with contractors and stakeholders as required.
Cerințe
Technical diploma or degree (Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering is considered an advantage);
Experience with AutoCAD and GIS tools;
Willingness to travel within Romania according to site locations.
