For our client, a global producer, promoter, and supplier of natural ingredients, ingredient systems, and integrated solutions for the food and beverage industry, we are looking for a Technological Engineer.
Descriere
Executing lab trials following the specified recipe and creating product samples;
Maintaining product-specific substance data in SAP;
Contributing ideas and implementing the digital transformation in the area of responsibility;
Setting impulses for continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational structures as well as implementation of corresponding measures in coordination with the manager;
Providing support in the development of new recipes for customer and innovation projects, the development of matching products, and the further development of existing recipes;
Taste developed products and organize tasting with the project team;
Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems;
Maintaining and cleaning the laboratory auxiliaries and analysis devices used;
Ensuring raw material stocks in the laboratory in consultation with the line manager;
Providing support in the preparation and execution of customer workshops;
Implementing in-house and statutory specifications and guidelines on hygiene, HACCP, food safety, occupational safety and environmental protection.
Cerințe
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in bakery or confectionery production;
University degree (food technology, chemical technology, etc.)
Good knowledge of English;
Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills.
