Transition Manager

For one of our clients, an important banking institution, we are looking for a Transition Manager.

Descriere


Overseeing the planning, implementation and tracking of the project;
Defining the overall scope of the project in consultation with project stakeholders;
Proposing & validating the project schedule;
Planning and managing the Knowledge Transfer process to ensure resources are adequately prepared for Go Live;
Coordinating the creation and approval of standard operating procedures.
Collaborating with operations, managers, and cross-functional teams to develop project scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines.
Ensuring projects meet client expectations for quality, budget, and delivery timelines;
Identifying, tracking, and managing project risks, escalating issues as necessary;
Communicating project progress, risks, timelines, and milestones to stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate solutions;
Ensuring project deliverables are signed off by the end customer and documenting lessons learned for future reference;
Contributing to the design and development of key process transformation areas for successful implementation;
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in digitalization, guiding customer journeys and business roadmaps;
Fostering collaboration between management teams and functions;
Defining business cases to validate specific projects;
Leading process mapping for new business and identifying necessary adaptations;
Contributing to business development projects and customer satisfaction initiatives .

Cerințe


University Graduate in Finance or related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience in Transition Management;
Fluent Command over French and English language with excellent report writing and presentation skills;
Experience of project delivery in all aspects of the Transition Lifecycle Management;
Minimum 3 years in program management, with the ability to understand how different projects interlink and overlap;
Relevant industry certifications – PMI, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum;
Excellent understanding of metrics and how to evaluate and measure value of change;
Familiar with transformation strategies and strategic change management.
