For one of our clients, a multinational computer technology corporation, one of the largest software companies in the world, we are looking for a Resource Analyst/Business Operational Analyst (Level 4).
Descriere
Driving operational resource management tasks, to ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources across projects, together with the rest of the team of our other Resource Analysts;
Supporting and mentoring the existing analyst, bridging any gaps in reporting expertise, and ensuring operational continuity;
Defining, preparing, and maintaining detailed resource reports, dashboards, and utilization metrics to inform business decisions;
Conducting in-depth Excel-based analysis, including advanced data manipulation, pivot tables, VBA automation, and complex formula creation;
Monitoring resource availability and forecast capacity, enabling the RMO leader to focus on strategic planning and decision-making;
Creating and distributing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to key stakeholders, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement;
Acting as the operational counterpart to the RMO lead, translating strategic objectives into actionable resource management plans.
Cerințe
Over 3 years of professional experience in operations, resource management, or a similar field, ideally within a consulting or technology environment;
Proficient in advanced Excel functions (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, VBA, data visualization tool- a plus);
Strong experience in analyzing resource data and preparing meaningful, actionable reports (Power BI or Tableau is a plus);
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational workflows, and ensure process adherence;
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements;
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
